Guacamole and Chips Diva Style!!

Saturday night movies require something yummy and easy to eat! So I made my favorite Guac and Chips!!
Guacamole Diva Style!!
Serving size-1
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons of fresh Pico de Gallo (this comes already chopped with roma tomatoes, white onions, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, lime juice and sea salt.
1 squeeze of a fresh lime wedge
sea salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
1. Slice one ripe avocado in half and scoop out the insides (DO NOT THROW AWAY THAT PIT...SAVE IT AND PUT IT BACK INTO THE FINISHED GUACAMOLE IT WILL KEEP IT FRESH AND FROM BROWNING FOR HOURS TO DAYS IF YOU LEAVE IT IN)
2. Place the avocado into a bowl and mash it up nicely.
3. Add the Pico De Gallo and mix it into the smooth mashed avocado
4. Add a splash or a squeeze of fresh lime juice, the sea salt, pepper and just a dash of cayenne pepper.
5. Mix all ingredients and serve with your choice of tortilla chips...I love the reduced fat white corn tortilla chips from Snyder's of Hanover because they are DELICIOUS!!

Now you can always make a frosty Margarita or smooth tequila shots to go with this snack...I'm just sayin'.
