I am sick of Thanksgiving food already time for a nice healthy salad!!

OMGEEEEE!! Cakes, Pies, Rolls, Ice Cream, Chicken, Potatoes, Mac N Cheese etc all the foods of the holiday have worn me out!! Now I took the protein and carved some of it off the bird and used it in a couple of healthy salads. I made one for myself and one for my 81 year old dad! So we can get our bodies reset back to normal eating and maximum efficiency.

Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes (sliced) as many as you like

Golden Raisins as many as you like

Regular Raisins as many as you like

Chopped Romain Lettuce as much as you like

Mixed Greens as much as you like

Handful of sliced Blueberries

Apples sliced and diced (whatever type you like and as much as you like)

Sliced Chicken, Turkey etc as much as you like

Dash of Pink Salt

Dash of Pepper

Whatever Salad Dressing you enjoy...I used Red Wine Vinaigrette YUM!!
