Fiesta Breakfast for One!

I LOVE eggs over hard yup I'm that girl!! This breakfast today was a fusion of American South meets Mexican South!! The inclusion of savory spices and fresh sliced veggies brings all the flavors of Mexico and the American South with the cheesy grits! The turkey sausage links just brings it all together! Hahahaha I also enjoyed a hot cup of tea so I guess I infused some Brittish culture in there as well! Yes, this is the type of meal I really enjoy!! Bon Appetit
