Healthy means delicious!! Have a nice healthy snack today!! Yogurt, Granola and Bananas are oh so go

It's Sunday and I already had a healthy breakfast of two eggs over hard, a nice fresh warm croissant and a side of grits. Yes, it was a fantastic Sunday Funday breakfast but now it's 2 pm and I need a snack. So it is one of my healthy snack alternatives that I usually eat for breakfast Monday-Friday at work. It is a Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt (any flavor) it has 15 grams of PROTEIN!! I toss in some vanilla almond granola it has 4 grams of protein for every three tablespoons. I also toss in 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed which has 4 grams of protein and the final additon is one sliced banana. Now at work I just cut up the banana into the yogurt cup and mash the bananas in then toss on the granola and flax seed and mix it all up. It is handy and convenient to eat this at work and it fills me up with yummy goodness. Here at home I get the luxury of placing my ingredients into a nice dessert bowl so I can enjoy the view as I enjoy the taste!
