Re-purposing done right!! Using my Olive Garden to go box to hold my Strawberry & Red Grape Sala

Yes, I love eating at Olive Garden because the good is great but the to go boxes are AWESOME!! Hahahaha I use them to carry my lunches to work and they are microwave safe too so they are perfect to be re-used until they can't be used any further!
Tonight I used my box to hold my Strawberry & Red Grape Salad!! I also warmed up a breadstick to top off my meal just right!!
Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce
Spring Mix
Baby Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Grapes deseeded and sliced
Strawberries sliced
I have not included any amounts because you can use as much or as little for people you plan to serve. I cook for one so my salad was just enough to satisfy myself tonight.
Toss all ingredients and use whatever salad dressing you like...I used a Red Wine Vinaigrette!!
