Breakfast of Champions!!

This morning I did not want a traditional Sunday Morning breakfast of eggs, turkey bacon, pancakes or waffles or french toast...I wanted a breakfast smoothie.
My smoothie was delicious, nutritious and full of health benefits!
Ingredients for 2 servings
6 sliced strawberries (fresh)
2 frozen strawberries whole
1 sliced banana
1 scoop of protein powder (whatever kind you like)
3 packets of stevia
1/4 cup of lactaid milk (or whatever you want, water, skim milk, almond milk etc)
2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
Optional: make it a green smoothie and add a handful of spinach, kale or spring mix)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
