Roasted Chicken & Barbecue Chicken and a kick ass salad...that's whats for dinner!!

I made a healthy and delicious dinner for my family tonight. Since we all love roasted chicken I decided to provide two varieties of chicken...roasted and BBQ!! My daughter was saying...hey ma where is the rice, the potatoes and I told her NOPE pure protein tonight with veggies!! Even when your kids are grown and married they still require nutritional supervision lol.

Just grab a pack of wings and clean, season and drizzle them with EVOO and bake them until they are almost fully cooked. Then brush on your favorite BBQ Sauce ...I used Sweet Baby Ray's and it is YUMMMO!!!

Then toss yourself a kick ass salad!! I used romaine, green leaf, baby spinach, green peppers, sliced avocados, cherry tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, sliced hard boiled eggs and seasoned croutons to make my salad. Use whatever makes you drool and toss that salad!!

All I can say is my lunch for work tomorrow is going to be KICK ASS as well lol!!
