Well, I have been blessed to live another year of life and have my family and friends to enjoy! My daughter and son in law took me out last night for dinner and a movie. We saw Mission Impossible 5 and I highly enjoyed it. Afterward we went to Carrabas Italian Restaurant and enjoyed a lovely meal and I had the most delicious peach sangria!
I enjoyed it so much here is a recipe to make one to enjoy for yourselves because you all know I will be lol! Oh and I sipped on my daughter's Pina Colada made with dark rum and it was DELICIOUS TOO!!
Carrabbas White Peach Sangria
Ingredients
1.5 liter white Zinfandel
8oz Patron Citronge
8oz peach vodka
8oz cranberry juice
8oz orange juice
8oz simple syrup
Splash of 7 up or Sprite
wedge slices of lemon and lime
optional sliced strawberries or large strawberry for garnish
Directions
In a large pitcher add and mix all the liquid ingredients.
Add the fruit slices last give a gentle stir then pour into wine glasses and garnish with a whole strawberry placed on the rim of the glass.
