My beloved vanilla apple pie!

This is my favorite pie next to my sweet potato pie! This pie is full of gorgeous apples, loads of fresh spices-cinnamon, nutmeg, pure vanilla beans, sugar and a touch of corn starch to set the filling nicely. When this pie is in the oven you will have a house full of fans waiting eagerly for it to be done and cooled and served!!
