Who said pink lemonade was just for drinking?

In coming up with a recipe to create pink lemonade cupcakes with a pink lemonade butter cream frosting it was more fun that I could handle! The taste testing at home was hahahaha shall I say extensive! The right combo of just a bit of tartness with the right amount of sweeteness was challenging but I did it. I took my test batch in for my co-workers to try out and they were a hit!! I also found the cutest little pink striped paper straws to accent the cupcakes and to really bring home the pink lemonade theme!
