Whip it!! Whip it real good!!

No matter what type of frosting you decide to create there is one fact that will remain constant...you must whip it real good! I LOVE buttercream frosting....all flavors all varieties just give me butter and sugar and unique flavorings and I'm all in!! The most important thing is to blend, blend, blend your ingredients and gradually add your confectioner's sugar to your creamed butter and flavorings. You must be patient and do it in stages the blending and the adding of the sugar. Make sure your mixing bowl is at a nice cool temperature and remember buttercream reacts to the temperature of where you are making it. So if you have a super humid house ...your buttercream will be affected.
